Totò scam 62:
Antonio and Camillo are two former quick-change artists who live by organizing small scams and continuous scams, often managing to escape the law thanks to the benevolence of Commissioner Malvasia, Antonio's former schoolmate. The latter uses almost all the money obtained from the successful scams to pay for the studies of his daughter Diana, who studies in an important and expensive college: the girl is unaware of her father's true activity, which makes her believe that he is instead a diplomat always traveling around the world. But fate has a hand in it: Antonio involuntarily defrauds the commissioner's young son, Franco, who in the meantime has become engaged to Diana, by having him pay a deposit for a fictitious job which then, once the young man's paternity is discovered, he will necessarily have to find for him: he will set him up as an accountant at a dubious garage, where the young Malvasia will end up being involved in his employer's shady business and arrested.
Everything will work out for the best when Antonio suddenly and unexpectedly receives a billion-dollar inheritance from America which will allow him to return the stolen goods to all his defrauded people, while Franco and Diana get married.
